This site is intended to help the folks in Education, Health and Human Performance keep abreast of technology in teaching. It's important for faculty to model good technology teaching practices to their pre-service teachers. My goal is to help them.

About Me

I'm originally from Northern Virginia and come to Charleston by way of Athens, GA. While my degree is in International Relations/Economics I have been working in technology since 1994. I've also worked in a university environment for the past 13 years and love academia. 

When not at CofC, I spend most of my time with my daughter at soccer events and with my husband at Cougar sporting events. Any "alone" time I get is usually spent with my two cats and Mr. Pigglesworth, a super-fabulous guinea pig.

Update: 05/28/09 - sadly the super-fabulous Mr. Pigglesworth has passed on at the ripe old age of 6 1/2.  He was awesome, smart and is greatly missed.  Please observe a moment of silence for the AWESOME MR. DAISY PIGGLESWORTH!
